
I took a two hour walk today and was delighted to have this cloud to watch!

There is definitely going to be lightning somewhere...This cloud has reached 40,000 ft. where the cirrus are! I love when the thin ice crystal clouds "wash over" the tops of them.

A few minutes later the ice crystal cloud has melded into the rest of it making it look smooth on top.
