A Multi-Weather Day

This morning the sun rose in a magical slate blue haze

Then it began clearing off and the sun came out!

This was around 4:00pm
Looks ominous doesn't it! But it cleared off again with the insane wind that has been blowing alllllll day. It was close to 70 degrees!

The Remains of Summer

This was Tuesday morning

The winds were turning the leaves "Silver side up" and it rained like a bugger after a bit! It was very warm and balmy and then cooled off probably 20 degrees by afternoon with the rain

And this was after the rain that day. Very heavy ceiling.

And this was today; a chilly but not freezing morning and the first day of Fall. Boo!!! Love the weeping willows though...almost looks tropical

What the heck is this??

Hello! I haven't had a computer for a while so I haven't been able to update my blogs lately! I looked up today and saw this anomaly in the sky:

It seems to go against the grain of the other cirrus up there. I've never seen anything like it...

Here's a better view of how the rest of the sky looked around it

And a close up of it. haha All I could think of was Independence Day....

Summer Skies...coming to an end...

These were all taken at the Whitehill homestead in Ryegate, VT. I believe the date was August 19. Summer is almost over waaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!! It ended early this year. The leaves are already turning and its only the first week of September!

Amazing Sunset #579753948593048

This was soooooooooooo gorgeous!!!

The texture was so captivating...

This took me forever to get a good shot of this part of the sky

This was at IBM the next morning. You can see the verga trailing from the bottom of the cloud which is different because it is a relatively small thin cloud.
